snapFIRE is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customers quality expectations as long as you submit a ticket to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors approved by customers in the document proofing process.
snapFIRE guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact Customer Support within three days of receiving your order by using the HELP or CHAT button at the bottom right of the screen.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of completion of print job.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate $7 although any Medium or Large boxes cost us more and we just absorb the cost of shipping so you can have a lower shipping rate.
Some items, like 1000 business card sized products will drop-ship directly from our printing facility. Also 2.5″ Square Cards with Round Corners, Glossy Stickers, and 6″ Square Cards (usually gift certificates) will also drop-ship.
If an item goes on back order we wait until they are back in stock and ship the complete order in one package.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, social security number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
